My Robot Doll's Alice was who took care of me during my ordering process; an incredibly knowledgeable agent and easy to understand answers were provided every step of the way! I bought a custom Aotume doll who required customized make-up and some other extra customization that varied from the norm of these dolls. Despite me owing these dolls since two years ago, I have never gone through a vendor and ordered directly from manufacturers if they allow it but I don't recommend this to anyone, as I have had numerous issues (such as articulated fingers being missing from the doll after it arrived despite asking for them AND being charged for them).

Ordering through MRB was a hassle free experience and I legitimately felt taken care of in my big purchase. The payment was easy to make via bank transfer from here in the USA. Alice made sure all my information regarding the complex order was delivered fast and correctly to Aotume. All inquiries were promptly answered, as well. My doll turned out absolutely wonderful and he arrived with EVERYTHING I asked for. There were no mistakes and no damage to him, either. He arrived extremely fast from China to my house in three days.

I have worked with the public and in customer service for over 10 years and MRB's customer service is absolutely phenomenal and outstanding; some of the BEST merchants I have dealt with for sure and this is not an exaggeration, as they really went above and beyond here. Nothing here is lacking and is incredibly reassuring to deal with them in these purchases. I will be ordering from them in the future for more of my doll needs!

I wasn’t sure what to expect when buying from myrobotdoll, but I took a leap of faith and I was able to get the Doll I wanted in a couple months. Alice had help me throughout the whole process with fast communication within 12-24 hours, this really helped dampen my anxieties of not getting the Doll, Alice was very professional and polite even when I was growing antsy in anticipation for the delivery date. I will be buying another doll in the future.

I am delighted with this Fantasy Figure Nicole doll. She is about 60cm tall, is superbly painted, easy to pose, and even has an available travel bag. Her fingers are individually moveable and have exquisite detail. Her feet are also quite attractive. The paint job is amazing, with delicate freckles and very realistic veining. I have found 1/3 BJD wigs and clothes fit her well. So getting additional outfits for her should be relatively easy. Her hips are a bit wider so some tight-fitting outfits might not fit as well. The combination of these features makes her ideal for photography and as a travel companion. I can't wait to have many adventures and road trips with her in the future.

As always the MRD staff was extremely helpful with the purchasing process and kept me well informed about the progress along the way. I highly recommend them for both new doll owners and long-time collectors.

The doll arrived in stupendous condition. Alice answered all of my questions and worries and made the process easy. The doll is beautiful and soft, she's a wonderful sight to come home to.

This doll is so awesome to have around. She is currently playing the role of my maid. I plan on getting their 153 cm E-cup Silicone with cat head to be the non-chibi version. Very Cute!

Super soft doll pretty eyes lovely pointy hears, the wheat skin is darker in reality. Her feet are a little bit to jiggly for me. I’m a little feet-fetish and it’s a little downside for my personal taste. Overall the quality is amazing.

I'll keep this short. The customer service I have received at My Robot Doll has been great and they've kept in touch with each step of the process. When I had issues with my Elsa Babe doll they offered to help after I presented the issue with photos. For example: The original head and body were great when they came in but the promotional head was not. It was in such as state that it was unusable so Alice from My Robot Doll quickly had me send it back to their warehouse and they are currently in the process of making me a new head with no additional charges.

So overall My Robot Doll does a decent job of keeping up with their customers and making sure things work out.

Elsa Babe is pretty good but their quality has gone down.

She's very beautiful and I love her! She's so soft and very high quality. Angel Kiss did a phenomenal job, the only reason this got 4 stars is because sadly her bottom area came a bit torn but that's really no big deal, I'll get something to glue it back in place, but other than that, no complaints. Alice at MRD did a wonderful job communicating and getting certain things changed that I wanted, excellent service!

Doll came in was perfect and ready to go. Privacy was nice, as the place shipped from listed on the box had nothing to do with hentai sex dolls lol. The biggest thing I wanna highlight is the support: I'm a weeb that wanted to smash a hentai ho but I was in no way going to buy anything taller than 90cm since i have roomates and there's no way Im hiding that. The issue was that I live in a state where small sex dolls are illegal. Particularly, what's actually illegal is child looking sex dolls (which makes total sense). My sex doll looked nothing like a child, it has big boobs and a wide waist and is thiccc. IROKEBIJIN got some fire dolls fr. BUT, my fear was that some old guy in customs would ignore all that and see that the doll is 90 cm tall and have some weird anime face and deem it to be a child doll and then there'd be cops at my door for something that was NOT even remotely close to what they'd claim it to be. So when I messaged the support, they broke it down for me and gave me some reassurance explaining that they have this doll in stock already in the US and it's already passed customs and also that they've delivered this same doll to other states and places that have strict views on the size of the sex doll and it turned out just fine. They answered my questions in a timely manner which led me to muster the courage to buy it, and man am I glad I did. Im in a distant relationship so this reallllyyy is nice to have around.

In terms of the actual doll itself, it looks fine, smells fine, moves fine, and feels amazing. It came in wrapped in a blanket with it's head hole attached to the cardboard box so it would restrict it moving around too much upon transport. It even got there a couple days early. It came with a free outfit and a bra and panties, which is nice cuz it'd be very sus trying to find clothes to fit this thing tbh. Not a single complaint here, came exactly as I expected.

Note for anyone buying in the future: The day it comes in, you'll need to be there to sign for an adult signature. Which makes sense in hindsight, but I didn't know that and had to find a way to make time at my work.
